Coal vibrating hopper feeder working principle:

Coal vibrating hopper feeder can screen material; making the crusher more powerful. In both cases the unit is provided with mild steel liners on the pan and sides of the tray, with coil spring mounting assembly on each corner. 

Coal vibrating hopper feeder is designed to make separation / filtration of crushed material from fine dust to oversize. The screen of the coal vibrating hopper feeder is designed by the assembly of an eccentric shaft, made out of alloy steel and two no. of heavy duty double spherical bearings with dust and water tight seals, for efficient operation and low maintenance. The angle of the throw screening action is adjusted with such design that it provides the same vibration to all parts of the screen in order to obtain proper filtration/ screening of crushed material of different sizes simultaneously while separating oversized product.
